Brennan Eatough has over four years of independent equity research experience covering software, life sciences and technology companies.  His research has been distributed through such platforms as 5i Research, Stockhouse, Factset and Reuters.  Mr. Eatough’s career in the independent equity research space began working with Peter Hodson, formerly of Sprott Asset Management.  Prior thereto he worked with a private fund consulting firm catering to high net worth families.

Andrew Hilton

Chief Financial Officer


Andrew Hilton has provided financial reporting and corporate secretarial services for a number of public companies since 2005.  He was the Chief Financial Officer of GC-Global Capital Corp. from 2010-2012 and has been the Chief Financial Officer of Jaguar Financial Corporation (TSXV: JFC) and Added Capital Inc. (TSXV: AAD) since December 2013. Mr. Hilton is a Chartered Professional Accountant and holds an Honours BA in Economics and Financial Management from Wilfrid Laurier University.

Vic Alboini was previously a securities law partner at the law firm now known as McCarthy Tetrault LLP, after which he headed the mergers and acquisitions divisions of Loewen Ondaatje, McCutcheon Limited and Yorkton Securities Inc. and was Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Northern Securities Inc.  Mr. Alboini is widely recognized as one of Canada's leading mergers and acquisitions investment bankers, particularly in the Canadian capital markets and has executed dozens of merchant banking, mergers and acquisitions and other transactions in a variety of industries, including the mining, technology, health care, financial, industrial and retail industries.

Perry Rapagna has been in the investment industry for over 15 years.  He previously held senior managerial positions with several TSX listed companies. He has an economics degree from Concordia University, Montreal, Quebec.  Mr Rapagna recognizes the important role management plays in making well considered decisions that result in the creation of positive shareholder value.
